Individual and Family Therapy
Therapy is one of the best investments you can make in yourself. I’m excited to work with you and honored that you’ve selected me (or are at least considering it!) to support you.
I work with children, teens, families, and young adults living with a variety of mental health issues. I use an eclectic mix of treatment modalities depending on what fits best with your personality, strengths, and presenting concerns. I also make sure to implement specific techniques that research has found to be effective based on your particular mental health concerns. Ultimately, however, the effectiveness of therapy comes down to your engagement in the process and the quality of our relationship. Do you trust me? Am I meeting your needs? Do you find therapy helpful? All of these factors are important to assess, and I strongly encourage feedback over the course of our work together.
